Career Built at the
Highest Levels
My career in executive protection began at Gavin de Becker & Associates, one of the world's most respected threat assessment and protective services firms. There, I led the executive protection detail for the head of a major international financial institution, managing security through G-7 and G-20 summits, United Nations General Assemblies, and World Economic Forum sessions across dozens of countries.
That work required coordinating with Secret Service, diplomatic security services, and host-nation law enforcement — building the kind of operational judgment that only comes from high-stakes international environments where there is no margin for error.
At Meta, I lead an executive protection team supporting the company's most senior leadership. I helped grow the program from 10 contract agents to a 44-person organization supporting global operations across multiple continents — designing operational frameworks, training standards, vetting protocols, and performance systems that made sustainable growth possible at FAANG scale.

How I Think About Protection
The best executive protection is proactive, not reactive. You don't wait for a threat to materialize before building defenses. You think ahead, build systems, and create frameworks that adapt to situations rules can't anticipate.
I build programs around a balance: clear protocols matter when the cost of errors is high, but good judgment fills the gaps that no checklist can cover. Protection should enable leadership, not constrain it.
